5 energy healing techniques to manage anxiety

I am not a doctor (shocking, I know) I'm just a person who has suffered from anxiety and have found that energy healing / energy management has been most effective in overcoming it. Please remember to only take what resonates and leave the rest.

Can energy healing help with anxiety?
YES! At least it did wonders for me.
Energy healing or energy management like Reiki, yoga and meditation practices have transformed my mental health.
There are a ton of healing modalities out there that can help you but today we'll stick to what I have found to be most effective in my life and the lives of my clients.
Think about energy healing like hygiene. We collect grime and we gotta wash our dirty asses to feel refreshed and to smell nice.
Energy management is energy hygiene! It removes the heaviness and brings lightness to those areas.
How energy clearing healed anxiety
I struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my life.
Years ago I was at my rock bottom.
Riddled with anxiety, no hope for the future and suffering physically I made a decision to try something new. In a moment of desperation I booked an appointment for Reiki.
I was a total skeptic and expected very little from the experience, but I was willing to try because nothing else was working.
To my surprise the Reiki energy was so lovely, I felt held and supported for the first time. A whole new world of possibilities was now in front of me, I couldn’t be more excited.
My life transformed in that appointment. By the end I felt peace for the very first time!
I noticed an absence of a pit in my stomach, I didn't even know was there until it was gone!
I felt incredible and since then I've made it my mission to discover as many tools for anxiety I could.
I wanted to shout from the rooftops and tell everyone I knew about this experience!
I was amazed that I stumbled onto something that seemed like the magic cure for anxiety.
Since then I have dove deep into spirituality and personal development. And have helped many people feel the same lightness and peace I experienced that day. And I want you to feel that way too.
5 ways to help anxiety
We've been through so much these past few years and we're all fried, all of our energy needs extra love and care now.
Let's discover some ways you can manage anxiety with energy clearing and energy management.

Explore meditation. You can't be 'bad' at meditating. Try different styles, philosophies, and times until you find what works best for your needs. When I started meditation I was the queen of "oh I could NEVER meditate, my mind is a scary place". So I started with 30 seconds!!!!! Eventually I was able to increase that time and now meditation is a part of my daily routine.
What I noticed the most was my lack of road rage, and negative thoughts.
I have a wonderful meditation that combines energy healing and meditation in one peaceful item.

Yes, breathing is vital, but don't underestimate the power of taking a few deep breaths.
Its usually the first thing to restrict when we need it the most. If you're feeling anxious take 3 deep breaths right away. It sounds so simple but its easy to forget! Its crazy how much breathing helps.
My favourite method for anti-anxiety breathing as follows:
a. Counting breath
Try counting to 5 inhale and exhale.
Or you can try box breath:
Inhale 4, hold for 4, out for four, hold out for 4.
b. Thinking about words on each breath.
Think: "I allow" on the inhale,
Think: "I surrender to resistance" on the exhale.
Think: "love" on the inhale.
Think: "peace" on the exhale.
Switch up the words until you find ones that are strong for you.
3. Yoga / Intentional Movement
When you're depressed you live in the past.
When you're anxious you live in the future.
Peace lives in the present.
Any movement that connects your breath to your body grounds you in the present moment.
Could be dancing or walking anything you can be present in and imagine you are shedding the anxiety.
4. Golden Shower - not that kind you sicko...
In the physical shower visualize a golden orb at your shower head. Visualize the water at this golden liquid light showering around you releasing your anxiety, negative thoughts, and energy blocks. Visualize them going into the drain.
You can also use this technique when you're not in the shower. Incorporate it as part of your meditation. Picture a golden sun above your head showering you in healing light. Lower energy leaving you and going into the planet for food. The golden light filling you and a bubble around you up.
5. Reiki, and other energy healing techniques.
Reiki clears what's heavy and low vibrations and replaces it with a peaceful energy.
Reiki healers acts as channels for the recipient to receive healing energy. There are many different kinds of Reiki and other energy healing modalities to serve people in different ways.
The best advice is to only try techniques and go to someone you feel a good feeling about. Trust you intuition.
I am 5 time Reiki master. The type of Reiki I use most often is Lightarian, Angel, Lavender flame and Violet Flame, Reiki.
I started with Usui and Karuna Ki Reiki which are most common and beautifully effective!
